Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 0xRadar website, Chrome browser extension, API services, and all related features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by 0xRadar ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

0xRadar is a multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet intelligence platform that provides:

• Portfolio tracking — aggregated view of token balances and NFT counts across multiple blockchain networks.
• DeFi position monitoring — tracking of lending protocol positions, health factors, and liquidation risk.
• Alerts — Telegram-based notifications for liquidation risk, health factor thresholds, and other wallet events.
• Token risk scoring — automated risk assessment for tokens in your wallet (honeypot detection, holder concentration, contract analysis, etc.).
• Sweep cost calculator — gas cost estimation for consolidating tokens across wallets and chains.
• API access — programmatic access to wallet intelligence data via REST API and SDKs.

3. Account & Authentication

3.1 Chrome Extension Users

The Chrome Extension can be used without creating an account for the Free tier. When you upgrade to a paid tier, an account is created using your API key as the primary identifier.

3.2 API Users

API access requires an API key obtained through RapidAPI or direct registration. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. If you believe your key has been compromised, you must rotate it immediately through the dashboard or contact us.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 0xRadar will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or passwords.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. All prices are denominated in USD. The equivalent cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment using a live exchange rate.

4.2 Payment Process

1. You select a plan and cryptocurrency.
2. We generate a payment quote with a locked exchange rate, valid for 15 minutes.
3. You send the exact cryptocurrency amount to the provided deposit address.
4. Upon blockchain confirmation, your subscription or purchase is activated.

4.3 Subscription Renewals

Crypto subscriptions are paid upfront for the billing period (monthly or yearly). There are no automatic recurring charges. Before your period ends, you will receive a reminder to renew manually. Failure to renew will result in downgrade to the Free tier.

4.4 Lifetime Tier

The Lifetime tier is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features and future updates. No renewal is required. The Lifetime tier is available exclusively via cryptocurrency payment.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and tier features with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the 0xRadar backend (the Chrome Extension and SDKs are open source under MIT license).
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Use the API to build a competing wallet intelligence service.
• Transmit malware, spam, or malicious code through the Service.
• Scrape or excessively query the Service beyond published rate limits.
• Impersonate other users, projects, or entities.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• Open source — The Chrome Extension, Python SDK (zeroxradar), and TypeScript SDK (@0xradar/sdk) are released under the MIT License. See individual repositories at github.com/0xradarapp.
• Proprietary — The 0xRadar backend, API, brand name, logo, and website design are proprietary. You may not use the 0xRadar name, logo, or brand without written permission.
• User data — You retain ownership of your wallet addresses and data. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blockchain data, token prices, risk scores, health factors, or sweep cost estimates.
• Risk scores are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from reliance on data provided by the Service, including but not limited to missed liquidation alerts, inaccurate risk assessments, or incorrect sweep calculations.
• We are not a financial institution. 0xRadar does not hold, custody, or manage your cryptocurrency. We never have access to your private keys or funds.
• Blockchain data is sourced from third-party RPC providers (Alchemy, Helius, etc.) and may be subject to delays, errors, or outages beyond our control.
• Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Payment quotes are locked for 15 minutes only. We are not responsible for price fluctuations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 0xRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to 0xRadar in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact [email protected].

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your payment is reversed, charged back, or deemed fraudulent.
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months with no API calls or extension activity).

We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure (when feasible) before termination for cause.

12. API-Specific Terms

• Rate limits are enforced per API key and tier. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary request throttling (HTTP 429).
• Data attribution — if you display 0xRadar data in a public-facing application, you must attribute the data source to "0xRadar".
• RapidAPI distribution — API access sold through RapidAPI is additionally subject to RapidAPI's Terms of Service.
• SLA — no formal SLA is provided at this time. We target 99.5% availability on a best-effort basis.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0xRadar's operator is established. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:

• A notice on the 0xRadar website.
• An email notification (if you have provided your email).
• An updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
