3. Refund Conditions
3.1 Eligible Refunds
You qualify for a full refund if:
- Your request is submitted within the refund window (7 days for monthly Pro, 30 days for yearly Pro, 14 days for Lifetime).
- You have not engaged in fraud, abuse, or Terms of Service violations.
- You provide the transaction hash (txid) of your original payment for verification.
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The refund window has expired.
- Your account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- You have already received a partial refund or credit for the same payment.
- The payment was flagged as fraudulent, reversed, or charged back.
4. How Refunds Work with Crypto
All refunds are issued in USDT (Tether) or USDC (USD Coin) to protect both parties from cryptocurrency price volatility. The refund amount is calculated based on the USD value at the time of your original payment, not the current market price.
4.1 Why USDT/USDC?
- Predictability — you receive the same USD value you paid, regardless of crypto market movements.
- Speed — stablecoin transfers settle in minutes on most networks.
- Low fees — USDT/USDC on L2 networks (Arbitrum, Base) costs pennies to transfer.
4.2 Example
You purchased Lifetime for $199 and paid 0.075 ETH.
Within 14 days, you request a refund.
We issue $199 USDT (on your preferred network: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, or Solana) to a wallet address you provide.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your API key (or wallet address used for payment), the transaction hash, and the reason for the refund.
- We verify the payment and check eligibility within 2 business days.
- We confirm the refund amount and ask you to provide a wallet address for receiving USDT/USDC.
- We send the refund within 5 business days of confirmation. You will receive a transaction hash for tracking.
- Your account is downgraded to the Free tier upon refund issuance.
6. Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit as an alternative:
- Yearly plan, after 30 days but before 6 months — we may offer a prorated credit for the remaining months, applicable toward future purchases.
- Service outages — if we experience extended downtime (>24 hours), affected paid users will receive a credit equal to the proportional subscription value.
- Overpayment — if you accidentally send more than the required amount, the excess will be refunded in full (in the same cryptocurrency or USDT).
7. RapidAPI Refunds
If you subscribed to 0xRadar through RapidAPI, refunds are handled according to RapidAPI's refund policy. Please contact RapidAPI support directly or email us at [email protected] and we will coordinate with RapidAPI on your behalf.
8. Transaction Fees
- 0xRadar covers the gas/network fee for sending your refund. You receive the full refund amount.
- The original transaction fee you paid to send your payment is not refundable (this is a blockchain network fee, not collected by 0xRadar).
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of the decision. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes that reduce refund windows or amounts will only apply to new purchases made after the update date. Existing purchases retain the policy that was in effect at the time of payment.
